All sale items, jewelry, underwear and swimwear are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credit will be given. All international orders are final sale. If you purchase items on a discount with a coupon code, you will be eligible for store credit only. This applies to all coupon code purchases except the 10% new customer discount. Returns must be pre-authorized through our Returns Portal prior to sending merchandise back. Once authorized, we will provide you with a shipping label and shipping costs will be deducted from your return or store credit. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Bliss accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Your return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Packages received after 21 days will not be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Once your return arrives at Bliss, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If your items pass our quality control inspection, you will be refunded for your purchase to the original form of payment or to store credit, excluding any shipping costs within 3 business days of receipt.
Orders placed using a coupon code (storewide, brand-wide or special collection sales) are only eligible for store credit. In the event that you are returning an item purchased with a coupon code, you will receive a digital gift card via email once we have received and inspected your return. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Exchanges must be pre-authorized through our Returns Portal and they must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your merchandise but shipping fees will be deducted from your exchange total. Once your returning merchandise has been scanned by the mail carrier, we will prepare your exchange for shipment. We recommend that you ship your returns quickly to ensure that your exchange does not sell out in the meantime. Alternatively, we recommend choosing Instant Exchange in our Returns Portal to ensure you get the exact item you want.
Any pre-authorized web returns brought to our stores will be passed along to the web department, and processed within 5 business days. You will be notified once the web department receives your merchandise.
All standard orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All Expedited- Two Day orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). For Expedited Shipping, orders must be submitted by 12pm EST (M-F) to be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable.
Lost/ Delayed Packages
Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
