Bliss accepts returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase, for refund of original form of payment. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. All jewelry is final sale.

Sale vs. Final Sale:

  • Sale: Sale items are merchandise marked down for a coupon code sale, sitewide sale, brand-wide sale or flash sale, and may be returned for store credit ONLY.
  • Final Sale: Final sale items, clearly marked with "final sale" below the regular price, are merchandise that is permanently marked down, and are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Web Exclusives and Pre-Orders:

Web exclusives and pre-orders are items we offer, but do not physically have in-store. You will be charged at the time of your order, and we then place a special order on your behalf with the brand. These items take 15-21 business days to ship. Any non-web exclusive items in your order will ship within our standard timeframe, and the web-exclusive items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available to us.


All returns must be pre-authorized through our Returns Portal. Once pre-authorized, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and sent back. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Any pre-authorized packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee & become eligible for only store credit. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All Shipping charges are considered non-refundable.

All shoe returns must include the shoe box in its original condition; your return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.

Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible) using a trackable or insured shipping method. Once your return arrives at Bliss, returns and exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise in our offices. All returns will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund/store credit has been processed.

Because of limited stock levels, we recommend that you return your original order and place a new order on to ensure your replacement item’s availability. Please be aware that when exchanging an item, you will be responsible for any new and/or additional shipping charges.


Any pre-authorized web returns brought to our stores will be passed along to the web department, and processed within 5 business days. You will be notified once the web department receives your merchandise.


All standard/flat rate orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All Expedited- Two Day orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). For Expedited Shipping, orders must be submitted by 12pm EST (M-F) to be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends.

All Web Exclusive pieces will ship within 15-21 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable.

Lost/ Delayed Packages

Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier (UPS or USPS).

In-store purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

All International orders are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credits will be given. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Assessment of duties & taxes will be based on the value of the order for the goods imported into the destination country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
