All standard/flat rate orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All Expedited Two-Day orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). All Overnight Delivery orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). For Expedited Shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm EST (M-F) to be shipped the same day.
All orders, regardless of shipping option, are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends. Delivery times exclude holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
In-store pickup is free! If you would like to pick up your order at our Portsmouth location, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.

Lost/ Delayed Packages:
Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
