Shipping policy
We offer shipping within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
For orders shipping within the contiguous U.S., we offer FREE standard shipping via USPS for standard orders containing clothing and accessory items. For orders containing other items, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We also provide options for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day delivery. To qualify for same-day shipping with expedited services, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Important Information:
- If your order contains clothing/accessory items that qualify for free shipping along with items that require calculated rates, the free shipping is still valid and these items will not be part of the calculated rate displayed. The calculated rates generated will only be for the non-clothing/accessory items in the cart. Our system will automatically add the free shipping for the clothing/accessory items to these calculated rates for the final options shown.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Please be aware that shipping charges, both original and return, are non-refundable.
Lost/Delayed Packages:
Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier.
