All items marked "final sale", jewelry, and swimwear are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credit will be given.
Items that are on sale or are included in a promotion that are NOT marked as "final sale", fall within the return policies of our regularly priced items.
All International orders are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credit will be given.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our Online Returns & Exchanges Department. Bliss accepts returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. (Your return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.) Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns must be pre-authorized by email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible) using a trackable or insured ship method. Once your return arrives at Bliss, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that this applies to all free shipping orders as well; the shipping charges (which were originally waived) will be deducted from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the return merchandise; you will be notified via email (the address listed on your account) once this transaction has taken place.
At this time, all online returns or exchanges will be processed through the web only; we cannot process these transactions in our stores. Our online return policy applies only to orders placed on our website.

For an exchange, we recommend that you return your item & place a new order on blissboutiques.com to ensure item availability. Please be aware that when exchanging an item(s), you will be responsible for any new and/or additional shipping charges.

Did you receive the wrong item? If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us by phone or email and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. We will also issue you a prepaid return address label for your return. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
