Our Shipping Policy
December Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

We offer free in store pick-up at our Portland, Maine store. If you select this method, we will notify you in 1-3 business days by email when your order is available for pick-up. Please note that if you are not happy with your purchase, all returns & exchanges must be processed through the web. You can leave/drop off your return at our Portland store location only after it has been pre-authorized by phone or email.
All other orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Orders placed before 2pm EST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
All Web Exclusive pieces will ship within 15 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
All pricing is in US Dollars.
We offer $10 shipping on all orders shipped to the US via standard shipping (5 – 7 business days). Expedited (two day) shipping in the US for $30. For Canada, our only shipping method is standard shipping, which is a flat $25. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or packages delayed by UPS or USPS.
