Our Shipping Policy

All standard/flat rate orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All Expedited Two-Day orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). For Expedited Shipping, orders must be submitted by 12pm EST (M-F) to be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends.

All Web Exclusive pieces will ship within 15-21 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable.

Lost/ Delayed Packages:

Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
